We ship all online orders with FedEx. Please note, your shipment does not require a signature on delivery.

Offset Series physical products can be returned for a refund (to the original payment method) for up to 30 days from purchase date.
Offset physical products can be exchanged for up to 120 days from purchase date.
Products must be unworn and in the original packaging.
